How does Context Organizer produce the summary? |
|

It finds the top keywords and key sentences so you can understand the content of a document straight away. It includes powerful focus and filter tools so you can view text the way you want. You decide the length of the summaries by choosing the number of keywords. |

Can I summarise web pages? |
|
|
|
Yes. The Context Organizer button is installed in a toolbar in Internet Explorer, Firefox and Netscape. Click the button and a summary tab is created in a Context Organizer window. For the Web edition, text (.TXT) and PDF (.PDF) files are handled. If you have the Office addition, Word (.DOC) files are handled as well. If a link points to a document, you can summarize directly with the right-click menu. |

Yes. Select a piece of text of interest in a web page. Either click the Context Organizer button or use the right-click menu and select "View with Context Organizer." A summary of the selected text will be created in a Summary Tab. |

Yes. The Context Organizer button is installed in a toolbar in Microsoft Outlook. Click the button and a summary tab is created in a Context Organizer window. You can also summarise attachments. Click on the Attachments button and a summary is created in a Context Organizer window. |

Can I summarise Mindjet MindManager web pages? |
|
|
|
If you have MindManager Pro, and you have installed the Context Organizer MindManager Add-in, you can summarize a linked web page. You can map the summary directly into MindManager topics, or create a Summary tab in a Context Organizer window. |

Can I summarise a document in my file system? |
|
|
|
Yes. Use "New Tab from File" in Context Organizer’s File Menu to open a dialog box. Select the PDF, TXT, HTML/HTM or DOC file and a new Summary Tab will be created. You need the Office edition to handle DOC files. |

How do I summarise a PowerPoint file? |

|
The Context Organizer button is installed in a toolbar in Microsoft PowerPoint. Click the button and a summary tab is created in a Context Organizer window. |

Can I summarise from the clipboard? |
|
|
|
Yes. From any application, copy text into the clipboard. Go to Context Organizer’s Tab Menu & select "Paste to New Tab". A new Summary Tab will be created. |

|
|
Yes. From any application that supports dragging text, drag text from that application into a Context Organizer window. A new Summary Tab will be created. |

Can I summarise using my own keywords? |

Besides providing concise summaries, Context Organizer gives you control to produce customized summaries. Control the summary with Keywords-to-Watch to orient the summaries towards concepts of most interest to you. Then view the summaries in context of selected keywords – filter and highlight the results to bring out the information most relevant to you. |

Can I exclude keywords? |

Yes, it is very easy to tune the summary with Keywords-to-Block to skip content you don’t need to see. |

Can I summarise from SharePoint? |
|

Yes. The Context Organizer button is installed in a toolbar in Internet Explorer and when you are working in SharePoint you can create summaries of web pages, documents and Outlook emails. |

How is my product delivered? |

Successful checkout and payment via the Mindsystems Store will result in activation keys and downloads being sent within 5 minutes. What if the product does not arrive or I loose the details later on? |

Your license keys and downloads are held inside your Mindsystems Account. Mindsystems maintains your license keys and download links, so in the event your PC crashes or you loose the details you can recover these by logging into your Mindsystems Account. |

Most of our license key driven software is available for free download. The idea behind this is to allow a reasonable time to asses the products suitability to your needs. At the end of the trial period, if you are convinced of its value you can purchase a full activation key.
