Already own SmartDraw? You continue to be fully supported by Mindsystems, but if you want to cross-grade to the flexibility of ConceptDraw Pro you can do so with a great discount. Microsoft Visio users also eligible for the cross grade. More Here.
Why change the product line up?

But I purchased SmartDraw already, are you leaving me behind?
Absolutely Not! SmartDraw continues to be a fully supported product in every way, without any close date on that support. In fact you will notice that over the years as products have changed, Mindsystems is one of the very few providers who will still offer support on products that are considered at 'end of life'. When you are with Mindsystems Support your right to responsive support is linked to your status as a Mindsystems customer, not the products you may or may not be using at the time.
ConceptDraw Pro is much better for me, can I swap over?
If at any stage you want to change over to ConceptDraw Pro (from any previous version of SmartDraw or even Microsoft Visio) we have a heavily discounted cross grade option. Even better, your new license will then be available for use on either a PC or a Mac (true license flexibility). All you need to do is provide your existing license details for verification and we will handle the rest for you. Cross Grade Here.
I have an outstanding purchase order, maintenance or site license for SmartDraw...what now?
Existing purchase orders will be fulfilled up until the 30th of July 2010. Existing maintenance customers and site licenses are unaffected by this change and will be individually managed by our Account Managers.
