How do I attach and manage external links to my Amode project?

Links are associated with a individual topic, and a topic can have any number of links to any destination.

  1. Right click on the topic you wish to associate the attachment with and select 'Add Link',
  2. Browse to a file location or type a web address,
  3. Click OK,
  4. You will notice the right hand panel has changed to show the Links area*.
  5. A icon will also appear next to the topic branch that can later be hovered over to see a summary or clicked on to open the Attachment Control area. These icons also work in Briefcase Mode.

* From there you can also open a link or delete it. You can also use the right click add method in Briefcase Mode.
