Problems downloading SmartDraw templates from within the applicationTemplate content in SmartDraw is downloaded as required by the system. This avoids having to download an excessively large file at the time of first installation. If you are behind a corporate firewall or suspect connectivity issues may be preventing SmartDraw from downloading, you can either download the templates manually (search on "Symbol Libraries & Templates") or whitelist the SmartDraw servers.
