How do I track an order?

To track a physical delivery sent from our warehouse, please contact orders@mindsystems.com.au quoting the following details:

Your name and/or company name,
Your shipping address,
Date the order was placed,
What the product was and how many,
Any reference numbers or order IDs.

How do I recover my license key?

If you purchased online with Mindsystems directly, you can retrieve your license key by finding your order in our system. YOu can do this by logging into your Mindsystems Account at the SecureShop, and then selecting the 'My Account' tab and 'Order History'.

If you cant login or cannot remember your account email, please send a manual request using the expandable panel below.
