COVID-19 Announcement: Status Update
Phone support is available from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm AEST. Our technical support will be ramped up to accomodate changed working conditions. Staff will monitor support tickets 7 days per week from 8am to 8pm AEST. Extra downtime is an excellent opportunity to learn about new software features and plan for the other side of this crisis.
